IGS has multiple resources available to meet client requirements. One of the initial steps in responding to a client is to identify specific requirements and then build a team that is fully capable of responding to the client needs. This is the client's IGS team. Other members of the IGS team are available for collaboration, or if requirements change there is a ready resource pool to meet client needs.

Our teams of professionals offer the perfect blend of real-life organizational development experience and professional training, ensuring that the clients' multitude of complex organizational development needs are fully addressed.

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in developing curriculum, having personally designed and developed over 100 workshops, seminars, and courses ranging from four hour sessions to full semester graduate level courses. Sarah holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Montana, a M.S. in Environmental Education from the University of Oregon, a Ph.D. in Training & Development from Oregon State University, and her Professional Coaching Certificate from The Centre for Coach Training.

Programs she has developed have been delivered to independent groups, universities, and diverse organizations. Her expertise in leadership development, facilitation, change management, and team development is characterized by collaboration, continuous learning, creativity, integrity, and value-based leadership.

Dr. Gary Corbin has over 25 years of professional experience as a manager, facilitator, strategic planner, analyst, and trainer in both the private and public sectors. His public sector experience has occurred at the federal, state, and local levels and spans financial and project and program management, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and team-building. In his current practice, Gary is facilitating strategic planning processes for the City of Keizer, OR and the Oregon Forest Resources Institute (OFRI), a state agency.

Also an experienced team-builder, Gary recently completed a highly successful team-building workshop for Intel Corporation. Applying his four years of on-stage improv experience, Gary makes his team-building workshops fun, yet productive. Dr. Corbin is also a highly accomplished analyst, having developed Portland Department of Transportation's 2005-10, 2003-08 and 2002-07 Financial Forecasts, the PDOT 2004 Annual Report, and various white papers. Gary holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University in Political Science and Economics, and a PhD from Indiana University in Political Science with a minor in Economics

Jeanne Nyquist - President - Nyquist and Associates Jeanne Nyquist - President - Nyquist and Associates

Jeanne Nyquist speaks from 30 years of experience as a manager and organizational development consultant.  She is currently the President of Nyquist and Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm providing services to public, private and non-profit organizations.  She was Director of Portland’s Maintenance Bureau from 1999-2004, where she led a staff of 400 and managed a $49 million annual operating budget.  Jeanne also managed public works departments for City of Corvallis and Benton County and served as a Park Manager for Oregon State Parks. 

Jeanne has been an active member of the American Public Works Association for the past 20 years.  She was the 1997 Oregon Chapter President and is currently the President of the Chapter’s Scholastic Foundation Board.  She led the Chapter’s award-winning education program for 10 years. 

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Business from Marylhurst University.  She is an accomplished speaker and trainer who uses life’s experiences to illustrate leadership concepts that will enhance personal and professional development.

Carl is the founder and director of The Centre for Coach Training. For over 20 years he has been in the helping profession - as a mental health therapist, teacher, certified mediator, certified seminal leader, and professional coach. Carl holds a Master of Science degree in counseling from Oregon State University. He has taught, counseled, and coached in the Portland (OR) area since 1992. Carl is respected for his motivational style and commitment to professional development.

Teamed together with IGS, Carl is dedicated to working with individuals and organizations to inspire them to achieve optimal growth and ongoing success.

September Seibert
September "Temie" Seibert began her career in the insurance industry in 1974. She has held numerous marketing positions, beginning with Marketing Executive for Group Health Cooperative, a Seattle-based consumer-governed health care system with over 500,000 members. She then became Supervisor of Health and Welfare Plans for PACCAR, Inc., a multinational technology company that manufactures heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth and Peterbilt nameplates.

In 1989, she expanded her marketing and management experience into property and casualty insurance. For 11 years, she held the position of Executive Director of Associated Risk Managers (ARM) of the Northwest, a marketing association that comprised independent insurance agencies throughout Washington and Idaho. In 2000, she became Executive Director of IMCA and oversees operations with a primary focus on communications, marketing and the strategic planning process.

Temie is actively involved in the American Society of Association Executives and has obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In 2002, she was listed in the First Annual "100 Most Powerful People in the Insurance Industry - North America," by the Insurance-Letter, an online news service serving the insurance industry.


Lee Rosback, J.D. - President, ADDed Dimensions

Lee is the founder of ADDed Dimensions, which provides coaching, education, and training to people affected by Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD). Lee received his B.A. (with Distinction) in Psychology from Indiana University, and his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. For over a decade he has supported people in understanding and utilizing their unique brain “wiring.” Lee was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD several years ago. He has a depth of understanding, insight, and compassion for “brain-challenged” people that can only be gained by personal experience. He is also well-versed on how the human brain functions and has successfully used that knowledge to help individuals and businesses understand and implement strategies in areas such as communication, learning, organizational conduct, and addictions.
