Dr. Sarah Stebbins has over 20 years experience developing/ delivering training programs, having designed over 100 workshops and seminars, and facilitating teams. As a coach and facilitator, she is highly skilled at coaching individuals and groups toward success. She is experienced in coaching executives and leaders with managing organizational change. Her work has been conducted in diverse settings: public and private sector organizations, colleges & universities and non-profit organizations. Sarah’s most recent work includes the development and delivery of an 8 month Leadership Institute for mid-level managers of Portland Community College. She received her professional coaching certificate from The Centre for Coach Training and is a member of the International Association of Coaches.
